Spicy Roasted Chicken/Beef/Lamb


4 pieces of chicken/beef/lamb
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of chili garlic sauce (or any hot sauce)
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon Itworks! Virgin Coconut Oil

Ingredients for sauce

1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of chili garlic sauce (or any hot sauce)
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of minced garlic (optional)
1 tsp of cornstarch

  1. In a large bowl, mix marinade of honey, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Make sure all chicken pieces are coated well with marinade mixture.
  3. Marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your toaster oven to 375F.
  5. Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken pieces (make sure the chicken pieces aren't touching each other).
  6. Bake for at least 25-30 minutes or until done.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare coating sauce.
  8. In separate bowl, mix ketchup, honey, soy sauce, sugar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and cornstarch.
  9. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Place into the microwave on high at 30 second intervals for about 1.5-2 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring in-between.
  11. Toss baked chicken into sauce bowl and coat chicken.
  12. Serve immediately.
