Sauteed Capsicums and Onions


Ingredients:

1 green capsicum, seeded and cut into strips
1 red capsicum, seeded and cut into strips
1 yellow capsicum, seeded and cut into strips
1 big onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Itworks! Virgin Coconut Oil
¼ teaspoon salt

Methods:
  1. In the saute pan, heat 2 tablespoons Virgin Coconut Oil in a medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, green, red and yellow capsicum and sauteed for one minute.
  3. Season it with salt and continue cooking until the capsicum is slightly tender.
  4. Off the heat and serve on the plate and enjoy it.
