Nasi Lemak


Ingredients:

2 cups rice
3 cup water
1 cup fresh milk
3 pandan leaves
2 tbsp. ItWorks! VCO
2 garlic, sliced
2cm ginger, sliced
Rempah Empat Sekawan (Herbs)
1 teaspoon salt

Methods:
  1. Heat ItWorks! VCO together with herbs in a pan at medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic.
  3. Wash and drain rice. Put in the rice cooker.
  4. Add milk, water and pandan leaves into the rice cooker.
  5. Add the ingredients in a pan into rice cooker.
  6. Add salt and mixed well.
  7. On rice cooker and left until the rice cooked.
