Macaroni Cheese


Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 tomato, diced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 tbsp. ItWorks! VCO

Methods:
  1. Cooked macaroni and drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomato, salt, pepper, ItWorks! VCO and 1 ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Dot with butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then bake 15 minutes longer.
