"Kek Batik"


1 1/4 cup ItWorks! VCO
2 eggs very fresh
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder 
1 package butter cookies

  1. Put all the of the ingredients in a bowl, except the cookies and mix it well.
  2. Put a layer of the mix on the bottom of the pan (put plastic or baking sheet in the pan for easy to remove the cake later.
  3. Add a layer of cookies. Depending on your pan you may need to cut a cookie to cover.
  4. Put a layer of chocolate over the top and then a layer of cookies. Keep going till the cookies are all used. Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove from the pan and make sure all the plastic wrap gets removed. Then I smooth the top with a knife that I put a little hot water on.
  6. Cut in slices and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
